We are glad you are interested in joining the Farmville-Area Christian Homeschool Co-op. Before submitting an application, please take the time to read through our Statement of Faith and our group policies on the "About" page. If you have any questions about what this involves, please get in touch with one of our members to be sure you know what you are committing to before you apply.
Application Deadline:
August 1, 2025
We are now accepting applications for the Fall 2025 semester. Since we need adequate time to process application and plan for classes, we need to receive your application by the deadline, including the background check forms and a check for the new member fee of $71. We will vote on new applications as soon as possible after the deadline, and new members will join us at a planning meeting in late August. If your application is rejected, your check will not be deposited. If your application is accepted, your check will be deposited and will be non-refundable after that.
In addition to the application form, the teaching parent(s) is required to submit information and approval for a background check. This helps us to ensure the safety of all our children. Download those forms here:

For the safety of your private data, we recommend submitting these forms on paper via snail mail or hand delivery. We will destroy the data collection form after ordering the background check. If you need other options, please contact our coordinator.
When possible, we prefer to meet new applicants before voting. We often hold an Open House or other events for this purpose. If you submit an application without having previously attended one of our events, we may contact you to arrange to meet you and your family prior to voting on your application.
